The Bancaja Foundation presents the exhibition Goya Through the Eyes of Picasso. Engravers, commemorating the 275th anniversary of Goya's birth, in partnership with the Ibercaja Foundation. The show focuses on Goya’s legacy as reflected in the work of Pablo Picasso through the lens of engravings by these two creators. More than 250 pieces presenting the graphic work of both artists.
The exhibition, which will be on display until 25th July, presents a selection of primarily engravings. Together with paintings, photographs and audio-visual pieces, the work of these two global names in the history of art is compared in an in-depth exploration of Goya’s influence on the output of Picasso.
