When the weather is fine, the Mediterranean Sea and the extensive beaches of Valencia invite you to swim and do other water sports. The good news is that you can now do it too, albeit with some restrictions to protect everyone's health while the curfew is lifted.

You can go out to sea every day individually between 06:00 and 10:00 to swim or enjoy water sports such as windsurfing or SUP.

For swimmers there are two unlocked accesses:

1. On Malvarrosa beach, opposite the Malvarrosa Pavilion

2. On Cabanyal beach, 200 meters from the marina pier

If you prefer other water sports, there are three areas where you can practice them:

1. the pier opposite Alboraia

2. the pier of the Marina

3. the beaches in the south of València

Remember that you must always maintain the minimum safety distance to other swimmers or athletes and that swimming outside this time slot is not allowed. You may not use the public showers or leave personal belongings on the beach, and swimmers must be visible by wearing a bathing cap and a safety buoy.

It will not be the same as before, but what are small restrictions compared to the great satisfaction of swimming in the Mediterranean again?
