Great classical music performers will turn the museum into a cultural meeting point throughout the year.

The MuVIM is hosting a new edition of «Concerts al MuVIM», a free classical music series you cannot miss.

The lineup spans several centuries of musical history, from melodies written by female composers of the late 19th and early 20th centuries to sacred music.

In between, names like Mozart, Stravinsky, Janáček, Beethoven, and Rachmaninoff make an appearance.

And yes, there is also room for it to cross paths with other genres such as jazz.

All concerts are free with limited capacity.

Tickets are distributed on the same day starting at 11:00 a.m. at the Information Desk in the museum's lobby on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of two tickets per person.

We'll tell you all about it.

July 2 at 7:00 p.m. – «MuVIM 25th Anniversary Special Concert»

The Cor de la Generalitat Valenciana offers a concert specially designed to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the MuVIM.

The program revolves around Valencian identity, the Enlightenment, and modernity with works by composers from our land.

September 27 at 12:00 p.m. – «TimeLapse» by David Pastor, Francesc Capella and Thomas Kent Warburton

International trumpeter David Pastor leads this project, which revisits great works of classical music through the language of jazz.

Accompanied by Francesc Capella on piano and Thomas Kent Warburton on double bass, the concert adapts well-known pieces to new rhythms and timbres, creating a surprising experience.

October 25 at 12:00 p.m. – «Sacrum Novum»

The Cor Jove de la Comunitat Valenciana presents Sacrum Novum, a journey through sacred music of the 20th and 21st centuries.

The program offers a contemporary look at spirituality through works by current composers, with dynamic sounds and diverse textures that renew a centuries-old musical tradition.

November 29 at 12:00 p.m. – «From Beethoven's Sonatas to Rachmaninoff's Preludes»

Pianist Ludmil Angelov closes the series with a program that covers some of the most demanding works in the piano repertoire.

From Beethoven's «Moonlight» and «Pathétique» sonatas to Rachmaninoff's preludes, the concert combines lyricism, intensity, and high-level virtuosity.
