Valencia by Bike

En Bici

Valencia is a bike-friendly city that is perfect to pedal around thanks to its size, its flatness and its historic centre where vehicles are not allowed to exceed 30 kilometres an hour.

The city belongs to the Network of Cycling Cities, has over 120 kilometres of cycle paths and is home to the old course of the Turia River, a garden that cuts through the urban heart of the city that you can visit by bike without any rush, whilst enjoying a year-round pleasant climate.

CYCLE PATHS IN VALENCIA

Valencia has an extensive network of cycle paths that connect all the neighbourhoods of the city. There are also ciclocalles (bicycle-priority streets with lanes in the middle of the road and a 30 km/h speed limit for general traffic) and the Turia Gardens, where bicycles ride around freely along its 8 kilometre stretch.
