DESCRIPCIÓN

It was classified as a national Historic and Artistic Monument in 1982. This church, also known as “The Congregation”, is best known for the grandeur and nobility of its design. The façade and floor plan is modelled on the “Il Gesu” church in Rome, a building which had a tremendous impact on ecclesiastical architecture in Europe in the 17th and 18th centuries. It consists of a central nave divided into three parts plus side chapels and the rear wall is straight. On the right side of the façade it has a square 45 m-high bell tower.
