DESCRIPCIÓN

The bridge was designed by the architects Arturo Monfort, José Burguera and Gabriel Leyda, and named after the old Aragón train station. It is a prolongation of the Gran Vía Marqués de Turia in the direction of the harbour. It was built when the Del Mar bridge was transformed into a pedestrian walkway. It is of rationalist design, and has of six 25m arches. It is 167m long and 30m wide, it has a central partition, pavement and is decorated with sculptures by José Terencio Farré.
