A natural city break in Valencia

Spring has arrived in Valencia! To celebrate, we have put together a 24-hour Nature Plan to help you enjoy the vibrant city, from its animals to its gardens, parks and natural spaces.

The four-part-plan has been devised so you can move around the city – taking in its beautiful scenery – with unlimited urban transport, and when twinned with the 24-hour Valencia Tourist Card, gives you free entry to public museums and the IVAM (Valencia Institute of Modern Art), as well as discounts on tourist services and in shops and restaurants.

Start by saying good morning to the 4,000+ animals at Bioparc ValenciaIt has over 250 different species. Elephants, gorillas, hippopotamuses and some friendly lemurs will be there to welcome you.

Refuel with the delicious and reasonably-priced VLC MENU at just €15 for adults and €12 for children aged 12 and under (starter, a main course and a dessert). Plus, if you show your Valencia Tourist Card in the restaurant, you’ll receive a free coffee, tea or shot of liqueur.  Click here to see the list of participating restaurants.

A gentle stroll after lunch perhaps? What better place than Europe’s largest aquarium, the Oceanogràfic, where you’ll be able to see beluga whales, sharks, a dolphin display and a whole range of other species and activities.
